1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer regarding the sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as "Contract"). Before placing an order for any Goods on the online store, the Buyer must carefully read these Terms and ensure they are fully understood. Before completing an order, the Buyer must agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy; otherwise, order completion and purchasing of Goods will not be possible.

1.2. These Terms may be amended as set out in the Terms. Each time Goods are ordered, the Seller recommends reviewing the Terms anew to ensure the Buyer fully understands the conditions under which the specific order will be placed. These Terms were last updated on February 24, 2024.

1.5. These Terms, as well as Contracts between the Seller and the Buyer, are concluded in Lithuanian or the language in which the order is placed.

1.6. The online store www.grafienesbuduaras.lt is a retail platform aimed aC purchasing goods for personal, family, or household needs not related to business or professional purposes, as well as business entities purchasing Goods as per the legal regulations applicable to their activities.


2. Information about the Seller

2.1. These Terms apply to purchasing Goods at www.grafienesbuduaras.lt. The Seller is Klaidas Stasiukaitis, operating under the self-employment certificate No. 990746, email:


3. Goods

3.1. The images of Goods displayed in the online store are for illustrative purposes only. The Seller cannot guarantee that the colors of the Goods displayed on the Buyer's device screen will be accurately represented, despite the Seller’s best efforts to ensure precise color representation. The Buyer understands that the Goods may differ slightly from their images.

3.2. Considering that only used items are sold in the online store, the Goods are sold without original packaging. In certain cases, additional packaging fees for Goods during transportation may apply, the amount of which will be indicated when placing an order in the online store.

3.3. As the online store sells only used items (antiques), the Buyer confirms their understanding that in certain cases the Goods may not serve their intended purpose but may instead be used for decorative purposes.

3.4. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Goods displayed in the online store are available for sale. If it is determined that the ordered Goods have already been sold, the Buyer will be refunded within 5 business days to the bank account from which the payment was made, and the order will be canceled.


4. Processing of Personal Data

4.1. The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Since the Privacy Policy contains important provisions of these Terms, the Buyer is advised to read it carefully and ensure that all provisions are clear and acceptable.


5. Formation of the Purchase-Sale Agreement

5.1. Goods in this online store may be purchased by:

a) Individuals who are at least 18 (eighteen) years old;

b) Individuals between 14 (fourteen) and 18 (eighteen) years old, if they have obtained parental or guardian consent, except in cases where they are using their own funds;

c) Legal entities.

5.2. By confirming these Terms, the Buyer confirms that they have the right to purchase Goods from this online store.

5.3. The order procedure established by the Seller allows the Buyer to check and correct errors before submitting the final order. The Seller recommends that the Buyer carefully read and review the order at each stage of its submission.

5.4. A Contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms the Goods basket in the online store, provides their name and surname (in Latin characters), selects the delivery method and address, specifies the exact postal code, chooses a payment method, agrees to these Terms, and clicks the "Pay" button to pay for the order. If the payment is not made, the contract is not considered concluded. The Seller has the right to contact the Buyer via the phone number or email address provided in the order to clarify any uncertainties regarding the contract execution.

5.5. Once the Buyer has placed and paid for the order, they will receive an email confirming the receipt of the order.

5.6. Upon preparing the order, the Seller will send the Buyer an email and/or SMS informing them that the Goods have been shipped or are ready for collection at the Seller’s store.

5.7. Each Contract (order) concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is registered and stored in the online store’s database.


6. Right to Amend Terms

6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms, including but not limited to changes regarding:

a) Payment conditions;

b) Changes to applicable laws.

6.2. Each time Goods are ordered, the version of the Terms in effect at the time of order placement will apply for the purposes of the Contract between the Seller and the Buyer.


7. Return of Goods

7.1. By entering into a Contract, the Buyer confirms their understanding that they are purchasing used goods (antiques) to which no quality guarantees apply and which cannot be returned. The Buyer also confirms that they were provided with the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information about the desired Goods, including but not limited to consultations via the contact details provided on the Store’s page, additional photographs (beyond those displayed on the Store’s page), etc.


10. Payment

10.1. The Buyer can pay for Goods using electronic banking.


11. Buyer’s Obligations

11.1. The Buyer undertakes to provide only accurate and complete information in the registration form. The Buyer is responsible for any consequences arising from the submission of false information. If the information provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it without delay.

11.2. The Buyer undertakes to use the online store honestly and appropriately, without harming its operation or stable functioning. If the Buyer fails to comply, the Seller has the right to limit, suspend, or terminate the Buyer’s access to the online store without prior notice and is not liable for any resulting losses.

11.3. The Buyer must pay for the ordered Goods and accept them as per these Terms.

11.4. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt and ensure that they match the items ordered.

11.5. The Buyer must keep their account login information secure and not disclose it to third parties. If the account details are lost, the Buyer must notify the Seller, who may delete or update the account password. The Seller is not responsible if third parties use the Buyer’s account.

11.6. The Buyer must comply with other requirements set out in these Terms and Lithuanian law.


12. Seller’s Obligations

12.1. The Seller undertakes:

a) To make efforts to enable the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the online store;

b) To respect the Buyer’s privacy and process personal data only as per these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and Lithuanian law.

12.2. The Seller undertakes to comply with all obligations set out in these Terms.


13. Product Quality Warranty

13.1. All dimensions of the sold Goods are indicated in the description of each item. For additional information about a specific item, the Buyer may contact the Seller using the contact details provided on the online store’s page, by phone +370 62233665, or via email. Since used items (antiques) are sold, detailed and comprehensive information about specific items may not always be available.

13.2. Given that only used Goods (antiques) are sold, no quality guarantees apply to them, and they are not returnable. By entering into a Contract, the Buyer confirms their full understanding of this (see also section 7.1. of these Terms).


14. Liability

14.1. The Buyer is responsible for actions performed using the online store, including but not limited to the accuracy of information provided in the registration form. The Buyer assumes liability for the consequences of submitting false or inaccurate information.

14.2. The Buyer is responsible for keeping their login details secure. If third parties use the account, the Buyer will be held liable for all actions taken.

14.3. The Seller is not liable for any losses incurred due to the Buyer’s failure to familiarize themselves with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or other documents.

14.4. For violations of the Contract, both parties are liable as per Lithuanian law.

14.5. If the Seller breaches these Terms, they are liable for direct losses suffered by the Buyer that arise as foreseeable consequences of such breaches.

14.6. The Seller provides Goods solely for personal use and is not liable for any business losses.


15. Events Beyond the Seller’s Control

15.1. The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations if caused by events beyond their control.

15.2. Such events include actions or events reasonably beyond the Seller’s control.

15.3. In such cases, the Seller will inform the Buyer and extend the performance period as necessary.


16. Communication

16.1. The term "in writing" includes electronic emails.

16.2. The Buyer must contact the Seller via the provided email address.

16.3. The Seller will send notices to the email address provided by the Buyer.


17. Miscellaneous

17.1. These Terms, along with referenced documents, govern the Contract between the Seller and the Buyer.

17.2. Lithuanian law applies to these Terms and any related disputes.

17.3. Any disputes are resolved under Lithuanian law.

17.4. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
